Returns & Exchanges

At Yoto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and protective seals are still intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
